    • Flame retardant: UNE-EN-60332-1y2; IEC-60332-1y2; NFC 32070-C2.
    • Fire retardant: UNE-EN-60332-3; IEC-60332-3; IEEE-383; NFC-32070-C1.
    • According to IEC-60502-1, UNE 21123-4.
    • No corrosive gas emission: UNE-EN-50267-2-3; IEC-60754-2; NFC-20453; BS-6425-2; pH >= 4.3; C <= 10µS/mm.
    • Reduced emission toxic gas: NES-713; NFC-20454; IT<=1.5.
    • Resistance to the cold.
    • Fire resistant (RZ1F3Z1-K(AS+): UNE-EN-50200; UNE-EN-50362; IEC-60331.
    • Working temperature (fixed installation): -40ºC, +90ºC.
    • Working voltage: 0,6/1 kV.
  • DESIGN

    • [CONDUCTOR]

      • 90ºC in good condition continuous, 250ºC in short circuit.
      • Class 5, according to UNE-EN-60228 (IEC-60228).
      • Annealed electrolytic copper.
    • [INSULATION]

      • Mica tape on conductor.
      • Colours: s/UNE-21089-1 by coloration and s/UNE-IN-50334 by numeration for more than 5 conductors.
      • Crosslinking polyethylene (XLPE), type DIX3 s/HD 603-1.
    • [INNER SHEATH]

      • Colour: Generally black.
      • Thermoplastic special mixture, zero halogenous, fire retardant s/UNE-21123-4, annexed A.
    • [ARMOUR]

      • Corrugated strip aluminium (FA3) for single-pole wire.
      • Iron corrugated strip (F3). (Tinned iron corrugated strip (FeSn) under order).
    • [OUTER SHEATH]

      • Colour: Green (RZ1F3Z1-K(AS)), Orange (RZ1F3Z1-K(AS+)). (Other colors are possible under demand).
      • Thermoplastic special mixture, zero halogenous, fire retardant s/UNE-21123-4, annexed A.
  • APPLICATIONS

    For transport and distribution of electrical energy in places of public concurrence and where the fire risk is important (schools, hospitals, theatres, offices, airports, tunnels, etc.) and in installations where it is necessary mechanically to protect cables against tensile stress, shear, blows, rodents, termites and against the risk of deflagration in explosive atmospheres or with fire risk.
